Parousia Development Strategies LLC is a real estate development limited liability company located in South Carolina. We focus on new home construction for homebuyers in Aiken County, South Carolina with a primary emphasis on North Aiken, Pinecrest and Sugarhill (“NAPS”) areas of the county.

We feature well-laid out, charming, open space designs with three bedrooms and two baths. Our new construction homes of approximately 1,400 square foot offer semi-custom options built on a monolithic slab. Our designs feature different exterior combinations of faux stone and vinyl siding options in a variety of colors.

Normally, PDS semi-custom home construction happens like this: PDS has a list of several options offered with its designs. From this list, you select options that meets your expectations and fits your needs. Then, you work with PDS to customize your options.

Parousia Development Strategies LLC has launched its North Aiken-Pinecrest-Sugar Hill Revitalization Initiative (NAPS). NAPS is a neighborhood/community restoration project developed by Parousia Development Strategies LLC to transform vacant, abandoned and deteriorated (VAD) properties, also known as “blighted” into new homes: one property and one family at a time. NAPS targets Pinecrest, Sugar Hill and other communities in the North Aiken area of the City of Aiken, South Carolina.

NAPS will target VAD properties in the Opportunity Zone in Aiken, South Carolina (AOZ). Per the Internal Revenue Service, “Opportunity Zones are an economic development tool that allows people to invest in distressed areas in the United States. Their purpose is to spur economic growth and job creation in low-income communities while providing tax benefits to investors.” NAPS has targeted AOZ which the assumption that AOZ encompasses the major of the VAD properties in the City of Aiken.

The primary goal of NAPS is to reduce blight via construction of new homes not restoration of existing homes. Parousia Development Strategies will work
